Job summary

The Hillman Group in Casper, WY is seeking a Part Time Field Service Technician to service and install kiosks across 40+ locations. Expect 10-15 hours per week, with pay between $22 and $24 per hour; a car allowance, cell-phone reimbursement, and a corporate gas card are provided.

Responsibilities include routine kiosk maintenance, on-call repairs, new installations, inventory management, and building store relationships to optimize uptime and revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance preferred.
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile preferred.
• Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed.
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to kiosks when out of order.
• New kiosk installations or swaps of machines in the local area.
• Monitor kiosks daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.
• Keep track of inventory for restocking machines.
• Grow revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships, etc.
