Job summary

The Hillman Group in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Part Time Field Service Technician to service and install kiosks across the local territory. Training on Minute Key, Quick Tag kiosks, Eco-ATM, and Pokémon services is provided. Periodic travel and on-site responsibilities are expected.

Typical compensation ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, with car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, and a corporate gas card for business miles. Wellness and safety programs are in place.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance (preferred).
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service (preferred).
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile (preferred).
• Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English to include technical “jargon”.

Responsibilities

• Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed (determined by demand at the machine, or schedule).
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when the machine goes out of order.
• New kiosk Installations or swap newer kiosks of machines in the local area.
• Monitor machines in territory daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.
• Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines that are in Kiosk Tech’s possession.
• Grow revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships, etc.
