A bachelor’s degree in child and family services and at least two years of relevant experience are required, with on‑the‑job training provided to cover the rest of the role. The position emphasizes promotion of well‑being, training in relationship skills, and collaboration with local resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in child and family services field with at least two years’ experience in child and family services.

Responsabilités

• Promote the well-being of children and support kinship families.
• Teach skills such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication.
• Coordinate kinship meetings and identify kinship placement options.
• Provide on-call support to caregivers and crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate community resources for the children served.
