TFI Family Services, Inc. in Kansas is seeking a full-time Relative-Kinship Worker to support kinship families within the KS Permanency / KS Case Management Department. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a child and family services field and at least two years’ experience.

We will teach you the rest! As a Relative-Kinship Worker, you promote child well-being, teach skills, and collaborate with kinship caregivers to identify placement options and coordinate community resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in child and family services field
• At least two years’ experience in child and family services

Responsabilités

• Promote the well-being of children
• Teach skills such as emotional regulation and healthy communication
• Collaborate with relative-kinship caregivers
• Facilitate kinship meetings and placement options
• Provide on-call support to caregivers and crisis intervention
• Coordinate community resources for the children served
