TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a full-time Relative-Kinship Worker to support permanency and case management. A bachelor’s degree in child and family services and at least two years’ experience are required, with training in kinship and caregiver support.

You will promote children's well-being, coordinate kinship meetings, assist with placement options, provide crisis support, and connect families to community resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in child and family services or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in child and family services.

Responsabilités

• Promote the well-being of children by teaching skills like emotional regulation and healthy relationships.
• Coordinate kinship meetings and identify kinship/relative placement options.
• Provide on-call support to caregivers and crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate community resources for the children served.
