Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico is seeking a friendly Crew Member to deliver a kind, high-energy customer experience across multiple stations. You will join a family-owned brand with a long history of serving authentic New Mexican cuisine and develop leadership and teamwork skills.

You will learn cash handling, POS operation, and health/safety procedures while supporting a collaborative team that values efficient, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must exemplify Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
• Must be professional and have a positive attitude with customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a kind and exceptional customer experience for all Blake’s Lotaburger guests.
• Learn and perform six position assignments per shift (Cashier/Counter, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, Housekeeping).
• Support housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
• Work as a team to ensure accurate order execution and customer satisfaction.
