Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico is seeking Crew Members to deliver a KIND and exceptional customer experience. Crews are trained to work across multiple stations, including cashier, drive-thru, assembly, fry, grill, prep and housekeeping.

Teamwork and a passion for great food drive daily operations. Candidates should be 16+, flexible, neat, and capable of learning health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in quick service restaurant preferred.
• Flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Appearance must be professional, neat, clean and well-groomed.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to become Food Handler Certified within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience for every Blake’s Lotaburger guest.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Learn and perform duties across multiple stations during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the restaurant.
