Lilly is hiring a Kilo Lab Technician to support the Lilly Medicine Foundry startup, bringing manufacturing equipment into service and enabling on‑the‑floor production of APIs. You will become an expert in your area and collaborate across labs, engineering, and operations.

This role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, GMP exposure, and strong mechanical skills. Domestic and international travel may be involved; initial location is Indianapolis, IN, with permanent site at Lebanon, Indiana.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of direct manufacturing experience; GMP and/or chemical processing strongly preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with solvents and large equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, cGMP, or a regulated environment.
• Post‑secondary education helpful.

Responsabilités

• Adhering to safety, quality, and environmental compliance and escalating adverse events.
• Operate processes and equipment per batch records and SOPs to meet production schedules.
• Conduct lab or pilot plant experiments and document results for supervisors.
• Disburse materials accurately and execute complex instructions including scale-up.
• Perform daily monitoring, testing and cleaning to keep equipment in good condition.
• Support troubleshooting and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
