Qualificações

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age and work well with children.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Within 90 days of hire, complete Intro to the Ys Cause & Culture, Y's Way to Service & Engagement, and I Hear You: Service with CARE.

Responsabilidades

• Takes responsibility for the leadership and guidance of children.
• Acquaints children with rules, activities, daily schedules and area.
• Takes responsibility for safety/welfare of each child including attendance.
• Plans, organizes, and implements activity plans for special interest activities.
• Create a nurturing and safe environment by reporting suspicious activity and keeping facilities clean and organized.
• Role models SMART behavior.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
