• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work with children.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Intro to the Ys Cause & Culture and related trainings must be completed within 90 days.
• Within 6 months, safety, youth development and family engagement trainings required.

• Lead and supervise children; explain rules and activities.
• Ensure safety and welfare of each child, monitor attendance.
• Plan, organize, and implement activity plans for children.
• Create a nurturing, safe environment and report suspected abuse or code violations; maintain and clean facility.
