Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Seattle is seeking caregivers for its Kids Zone drop-in child care program. This on-site, part-time position involves supervising children and ensuring their safety while engaging in group activities.

You'll help create a positive and enriching environment, implementing various programs while building relationships with participants. Staff will work variable shifts, receiving benefits such as insurance and free YMCA membership.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience working with children, such as in camps or child care.
• Ability to model Y values: caring, respect, responsibility, honesty.
• Experience with activity planning and implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children to ensure health, safety, and a positive experience.
