ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers in Elk Grove, CA, seeks a dedicated Facility Manager to ensure a safe, well-run environment for outpatient programming and staff operations.

Under supervision of the Program Director and the Director of Operations, you will enforce HIPAA and Joint Commission standards, coordinate onboarding, and oversee maintenance, safety drills, and transportation to support high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in management or supervisory role.
• Experience with healthcare or therapeutic settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily outpatient programming and administrative operations.
• Ensure HIPAA, infection control, and Joint Commission standards are followed.
• Maintain facility supplies, equipment, and vehicle upkeep.
• Conduct weekly safety checks and coordinate maintenance with leadership.
• Manage onboarding and training for staff and contractors.
• Schedule shifts and client transportation as needed.
• Prepare reports for operations, QA, and performance meetings.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
