The ideal candidate has managerial experience, a driver’s license, and a background working with youth in therapeutic settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Minimum of two years driving experience.
• At least 1 year working with kids in a therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage supplies, budgets, and maintenance to prevent unnecessary spend.
• Coordinate transportation schedules for clients and drive when needed.
• Monitor HIPAA, infection control, and Joint Commission standards; uphold policy documentation.
