Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Facility Manager to ensure safe, compliant operations and a supportive clinical environment for outpatient programming.

Under supervision of the Program Director and Operations team, you will oversee daily admin tasks, inventory, scheduling, staff onboarding and training, and adherence to Joint Commission and HIPAA standards while promoting a culture of care and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years managerial experience.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Minimum 1 year working with kids in a therapeutic setting.
• Must be able to communicate with people from all educational and cultural backgrounds.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must uphold HIPAA policies and Joint Commission standards.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20-30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and clients receive the highest level of care.
• Assure the facility is fully stocked, manage supplies and expenses, and provide weekly feedback to leadership.
• Monitor and track refrigerator and freezer temperatures.
• Conduct weekly facility walk-throughs and report safety hazards, arranging repairs as needed.
• Perform emergency safety drills and ensure licensing compliance.
• Oversee upkeep of facility vehicle and schedule vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with transportation coordination for clients and drive when required.
• Oversee client intake process and related paperwork; supervise Care Coordinators.
• Audit treatment records in EMR and ensure documentation is submitted within 24 hours.
• Prepare reports for Monthly Operations, QA, and Performance Improvement meetings.
• Manage facility schedule to ensure shifts and groups are covered.
• Oversee onboarding of new staff and contractors and participate in performance reviews.
• Maintain infection control policies and environment of care, including plants and fire systems.
