Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers is seeking a Facility Manager to maintain a safe, compliant, and well-run environment for outpatient programming. The role collaborates with the Operations team to oversee daily administrative operations, ensures HIPAA policies are followed, and supports accreditation processes.

The ideal candidate will manage staff onboarding, maintain equipment, and drive continuous improvements across facility operations while upholding ROWI values and providing exceptional

Qualifications

• Minimum a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years managerial experience.
• Two years driving experience required.
• One year working with kids in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programs and services meet high standards and client care is top priority.
• Maintain facility supplies and manage expenses to prevent unnecessary spending.
• Monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures.
• Conduct weekly facility walk-throughs and address safety hazards.
• Coordinate emergency safety drills and ensure licensing compliance.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and coordinate transportation for clients.
• Oversee client intake and ensure consents are collected.
• Maintain infection control policies and audit treatment records in EMR.
• Prepare monthly reports for Operations and QA meetings.
• Oversee staff onboarding and performance reviews.
