Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers in Mission Valley, CA is hiring a Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, oversee outpatient programming, and ensure a safe, compliant environment for treatment and care. The role requires managing staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining supplies, and upholding HIPAA policies along with Joint Commission standards.

A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years in a managerial setting and 2+ years of driving

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role.
• Minimum of two years driving experience.
• Minimum of 1 year working with kids in a therapeutic setting.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must cope constructively with stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and clients receive the highest level of care.
• Assures the facility is fully stocked, manages supplies and related expenses.
• Monitor and track refrigerator and freezer temperatures.
• Conducts weekly facility walk-throughs to identify and report safety hazards.
• Performs emergency safety drills and ensures licensing standards are met.
• Assist with coordination of transportation and drive clients as needed.
• Oversees client intake process and is involved in staff trainings and performance reviews.
• Maintain infection control policies and procedures at the location.
• Maintain the environment of care including plant care and vehicle maintenance.
