Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers seeks a Facility Manager to ensure the facility operates safely and in compliance, supporting treatment and care under optimal conditions. You will collaborate with the Operations team to oversee outpatient programming and daily administrative operations.

Reporting to the Program Director and Operations leadership, you will enforce HIPAA, infection control, Joint Commission standards, supervise staff, manage scheduling, onboarding, and incident reporting,

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Experience working with kids in a therapeutic setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programs and services meet high standards and care quality.
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies and expenses; monitor budgets.
• Monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures.
• Perform safety drills; ensure licensing compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Oversee client intake, orientation, and consent forms; supervise staff.
