Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers seeks a Facility Manager to oversee outpatient programming, day-to-day administrative operations, and compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards. The role focuses on keeping the facility safe, well-supplied, and effectively staffed while supporting a high level of client care.

You will supervise Care Coordinators, coordinate onboarding, manage documentation in EMR, and assist with accreditation activities.

Qualifications

• The Facility Manager will have a minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a managerial role.
• Minimum of two years driving experience.
• Experience working with kids in a therapeutic setting is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programs and services are delivered at high standards and clients receive quality care.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and facility upkeep.
• Monitor safety, HIPAA compliance, infection control, and Joint Commission guidelines.
• Coordinate staff onboarding, scheduling, and training.
• Audit treatment records and ensure 24-hour EMR documentation.
• Manage facility budget, supplies, and maintenance; schedule vehicle upkeep.
• Assist with client transportation scheduling and driving when needed.
