Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Kid’s Spaces Specialist in Fresno, CA. The role focuses on providing a safe, engaging experience for children while supporting showroom visuals and guest engagement standards. Success is measured by guest satisfaction, SPH, and KPI performance.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, maintaining safety, following policies, assisting with showroom readiness, and supporting sales goals through guest engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/first aid certification required.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, guest-first experience aligning with the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Maintain a safe, clean Kids Spaces environment following safety procedures.
• Follow Kids Spaces policies including child restrictions, check-in/check-out procedures, and parent communication.
• Operate Kids Spaces efficiently while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Assist showroom setup and overall store operations as needed.
