Living Spaces is seeking a Kids Spaces Specialist to nurture a safe, engaging play area for in-store children while upholding showroom standards. You will greet guests, maintain a clean Kids Spaces environment, and follow policy guidelines for parent communication.

This role supports sales through guest engagement and KPIs, and collaborates on showroom upkeep and merchandising execution. Experience in childcare or related fields is preferred, with CPR/first aid certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• CPR/first aid certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, guest-first experience in Kids Spaces.
• Ensure a safe, clean Kids Spaces environment.
• Follow Kids Spaces policies and parent communication.
• Support sales by contributing to SPH and KPI performance.
• Maintain showroom readiness and assist with setup.
• Execute Visual Merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Assist with showroom setup and furniture assembly as needed.
