Living Spaces in Draper, UT is seeking a Kids Spaces Specialist who ensures a safe, engaging experience for children while supporting guest satisfaction and showroom standards. You will manage Kids Spaces operations and assist with visual merchandising.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, childcare experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexible, team-oriented environment with opportunities to contribute to sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• CPR/first aid certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming guest-first experience aligned with the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Maintain a safe, clean Kids Spaces environment with established guidelines.
• Follow Kids Spaces policies including check-in/check-out procedures and parent communication.
• Operate Kids Spaces efficiently while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Support sales by engaging guests and contributing to KPIs and SPH.
• Keep showroom ready with daily tasks and a clean, organized space.
• Assist with showroom setup, furniture assembly, and store operations as needed.
