Job summary

Greater Austin YMCA is seeking a Kids Play Team Member to create a safe, welcoming space for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. You will lead age-appropriate activities, support a nurturing curriculum, and meet each child where they are to encourage independence and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 16 years.
• Preferred bilingual in Spanish/English (not required).
• Experience in childcare is advantageous.
• Experience with ages 8 weeks to 12 years.
• First Aid, CPR/AED, and Emergency Oxygen certifications are preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
