The Greater Austin YMCA is hiring a Kids Play Lead in Austin, TX. You will lead a team of Kids Play Team Members to design and deliver curriculum that supports literacy, numeracy, social skills, and physical activity for children from infancy to 12 years old.

You will foster a welcoming, safe environment, mentor staff, and communicate with families about participation and progress, while upholding YMCA values and standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience in childcare with demonstrated leadership.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Ability to lead activities for children aged 8 weeks to 12 years.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications preferred.

• Lead and support a team of Kids Play Team Members in delivering enriching activities.
• Design thematic weekly and monthly curriculum plans.
