Job summary

Greater Austin YMCA in Dripping Springs seeks a Kids Play Team Member to create a safe, welcoming space for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. You will lead age-appropriate activities, support a curriculum designed to nurture development, and meet each child where they are to help them learn, grow, and thrive.

You will foster teamwork, supervise play, greet families, maintain a clean space, attend staff meetings, and promote the YMCA's mission and culture while contributing to an inclusive

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Experience in childcare is advantageous.
• Preferred bilingual Spanish/English.
• Experience with children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
• First Aid/CPR/AED and Oxygen certifications preferred.
