Michaels is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging events in-store, including children\'s birthday parties and craft classes. You\'ll assist customers, manage checkouts, and support store operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

The role involves coordinating multiple events, instructing participants, and handling add-ons while maintaining store standards and safety protocols. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once, including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
• Engage with clients of all ages, creating an environment of fun and creativity.
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects; perform face painting and activities.
• Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members; manage schedules.
• Perform administrative tasks: emails, calls, and paperwork; adapt plans per client feedback.
