Job summary

Michaels Harvey store is seeking a Part-time Party & Event Host to plan, coordinate, and execute in-store events, including kids’ birthday parties and craft activities. You will engage with guests of all ages, demonstrate crafts, and help with event add-ons while ensuring a friendly shopping experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating multiple events, assisting customers, handling checkout support, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with children’s events.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Retail and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple in-store events, including kids parties, crafts, and classes.
• Engage with customers of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate crafts, supervise activities, and assist with add-ons like goody bags.
• Support checkout, store recovery, and Omni channel processes as needed.
