Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, and games, with nutrition education, safety and fun for ages 3–13.

Lead a group of up to 10 children with a positive attitude and model, delivering engaging activities and promoting events to boost participation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience
• First Aid required within 60 days of hire
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within 60 days of hire
• Ability to tolerate loud noises
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, use hands and reach, climb ladders
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including arts & crafts, singing, sports and games while maintaining a safe environment
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue
• Ensures use of supplies, snacks and drinks follow the department budget
