Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Winter Park, CO, seeks a Kids Events Team Member to lead children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and gym games while weaving nutrition education and safety into the fun.

You will supervise groups of 3–13 year olds with a positive, energetic attitude, maintain clean, safe programming spaces, promote monthly events, and help manage supplies within budget. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid within the first 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to frequently stand; walk; use hands, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games while maintaining a safe environment.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model.
• Demonstrates courteous, service-oriented, cooperative and professional conduct with internal and external customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks and drinks are used within the department budget.
