Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, gym games, and more in a safe, fun environment.

You will lead groups of up to 10 children aged 3–13, engage them in themed activities, and promote monthly events to boost participation and revenue. First Aid and CPR/AED training are required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience required.
• First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED (Infant/Child and Adult) required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in interactive activities with safety in mind.
• Lead groups of up to 10 children ages 3–13 with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate courtesy, service, hospitality, and professionalism to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of activities to ensure safety.
• Promote monthly events to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensure supplies, snacks, and drinks follow department budget.
