Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, and gym games, while incorporating nutrition education.

The role emphasizes safety and fun for children aged 3 to 13, with a focus on positive role modeling and engaging group activities. The position involves leading up to 10 children, ensuring a welcoming environment, and coordinating events and programming within the department budget.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms; climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games while maintaining a safe environment.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks and drinks follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
