Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as crafts, games and sport, while promoting safety and positive engagement.

You will supervise groups of up to 10 children, ages 3–13, ensuring a fun, educational environment and modeling excellent customer service. This hourly role requires availability evenings and weekends at Life Time facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising groups of children ages 3–13.
• Ability to lead activities and engage participants.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; tolerate loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities and supervise up to 10 children ages 3–13.
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere and model appropriate behavior.
• Promote monthly events to boost participation and revenue.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of activity areas.
• Manage supplies, snacks, and drinks per department budget.
