Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, and arts and crafts while ensuring a safe, engaging experience for ages 3–13.

You will lead groups with energy and positivity, modeling excellent customer service and teamwork. This role supports monthly events and participates in activity promotion. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience
• First Aid within 60 days of hire
• CPR/AED within 60 days of hire
• Ability to tolerate loud noises
• Ability to stand; walk; use hands and arms; climb ladders
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including arts and crafts, singing, sports, and games while maintaining safety
• Leads a group of children aged 3–13 with a positive, outgoing attitude and acts as a role model
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, and professionalism to customers
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue
• Assures supplies, snacks, and drinks follow department budget constraints
