Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an Entertainment Ambassador to create an exciting atmosphere for kids with hands-on experiences. This role leads the lodge’s kids’ activities and entertainment on site.

The position offers full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling for ages 16+, with opportunities for cross-training, scholarship programs, and leadership training through Great Wolf University, plus a focus on wellness and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking, dancing, and performing in front of large groups multiple times a day.
• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to read and interpret English safety manuals.
• Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Great Wolf Lodge guests.
• Lead on-site child-friendly promotional activities and branded experiences.
• Represent Great Wolf Lodge and its values positively on and off site.
• Perform branded experiences according to SOPs and lead events (Storytime, Dance Party, Yoga, crafts).
• Interact with families during hands-on activities and manage character appearances and guide duties.
