Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, NC is seeking an Entertainment Ambassador to lead kid-friendly activities and branded experiences on site. You will interact with guests, perform at events, and help create memorable moments while upholding the company’s standards.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected, with on-site training and opportunities for growth within a fun, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven customer service and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.
• Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Great Wolf Lodge guests.
• Lead child-friendly activities on-site and in the community.
• Represent Great Wolf Lodge and its mission with a positive attitude on and off site.
• Perform branded experiences according to SOPs and lead high-energy events.
• Entertain families and children during public performances and community appearances.
