Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Scotrun, PA is hiring an Entertainment Ambassador to lead kids’ activities and branded experiences with high energy. You will perform Storytime, Dance Party, yoga and crafts while engaging families in a fun, safe environment.

The role requires comfortable public speaking, dancing, and performing before groups, with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking, dancing, and performing in front of large groups of people multiple times a day.
• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands including evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
• Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Great Wolf Lodge guests and lead activities.
• Perform branded experiences such as Storytime, Dance Party, Yoga, and arts & crafts.
• Manage character appearances and public performances in compliance with SOPs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience during events.
• Coordinate with Entertainment team for inventory and on-site setup.
• Represent Great Wolf Lodge positively on and offsite at events and community activities.
