Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg, MA is seeking an Entertainment Ambassador to lead kids’ activities and entertainment. You will perform branded experiences, host family-friendly events, and represent the brand with energy and enthusiasm.

You’ll interact with guests, participate in community appearances, and help deliver Storytime, Dance Party, Yoga, crafts, and more, while maintaining safety and professionalism on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform in front of large groups.
• Willingness to perform on-site and in community events.
• Criminal background and drug screen required.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Personally interact with Great Wolf Lodge guests.
• Lead child-friendly promotional activities on-site and in the community.
• Represent Great Wolf Lodge and its mission in a positive manner on and off site.
• Perform branded experiences consistently according to SOPs.
• Execute high energy events such as Storytime, Dance Party, Yoga, arts and crafts, and Master Magi ceremonies.
• Interact with families while leading hands-on activities (arts/crafts, bingo, games).
• Manage character appearances and entertainment at the property per standards.
• Guide characters to meet/greets and act as the voice for guests.
• Care for character costumes and equipment.
• Commit to scheduled character appearances (Wiley, Violet, etc.).
• Join in seasonal events and learn new programming yearly.
• Entertain guests on stage when not on break.
• Support community appearances and assist with inventory and branding materials.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment during events.
