Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Omaha is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to supervise and engage children within a safe, fun environment while delivering excellent customer service to families.

The role requires planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining safety and sanitation, assisting with check-in/out, light laundry, and supporting team events. Part-time hours, training, and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with children in a caregiving or supervisory role.
• First Aid, CPR, and BPT infant/child/adult certification.
• Literate in English and basic math.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmentally appropriate engagement and supervision for children.
• Assist with and supervise children and deliver exemplary customer service to parents and staff.
• Establish safe, clean, and organized zones; manage activities and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Support and participate in monthly Parents’ Night Out events and team meetings.
