Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a friendly Kids Club attendant to welcome families and supervise children in a lively environment.

You will engage kids with activities, sanitize play spaces, and help with check-in/out while following safety procedures. A positive, organized team player is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 16+ with good standing.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child's physical and emotional needs with care.
• Keep the space spotless and safe - sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids' Club capacity.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).

What You Bring:

• Basic knowledge of babysitting practices/techniques

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing)
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred
