Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a Kids' Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for our youngest members and their families. You will greet families, supervise activities, and respond with care to each child while keeping the area organized and safe.

You will collaborate with parents and staff, attend trainings, and support club programs. This role requires flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on excellent communication and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or at least 16 years old and in good standing)
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play
• Respond to each child's physical and emotional needs with care
• Keep the space spotless and safe; sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork
• Communicate with parents; escalate questions/concerns to a manager as needed
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)

What We're Looking For:
