Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a Kids' Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and engaging space for our littlest members and their families. You will greet families, lead age-appropriate activities, and ensure smooth check-in, playtime, and supervision.

Ideal candidates bring warmth, strong communication, and reliability. You will follow safety policies, sanitize toys, label belongings, and support club programs while working mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or be 16+ and a current student in good standing).
• 6+ months of childcare or babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred (infant/child/adult).

Responsibilities

• Greet families and check in/out per club standards.
• Engage kids with games and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to children's physical and emotional needs with care.
• Sanitize toys/equipment and keep the space safe.
• Label belongings; track parent info and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; escalate questions to a manager as needed.
• Notify supervisor if a child needs attention beyond capacity.
• Attend meetings and trainings; support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

As a Kids' Club Associate, you create a safe, clean, and fun space where kids can play and parents can relax. You'll welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• Keep the space spotless and safe-sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures

• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids' Club capacity
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)
