Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Madison, AL is seeking a Kids' Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space where kids can play while parents relax. You will welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and keep the club space running smoothly.

The role requires friendly energy, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required and CPR/AED certification is preferred; 6+ months childcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or you are at least 16 and a current high-school student in good standing.
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child's physical and emotional needs with care.
• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids' Club capacity.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).
