Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Virginia Beach is seeking a Kids’ Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space where kids can play and parents can relax. You’ll welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll engage children with games and crafts, monitor safety, handle check-in/out, and maintain a warm, organized environment. CPR certification preferred; 16+ eligibility; full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 16+ yrs old in good standing.
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and manage check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child’s physical and emotional needs with care.
• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; escalation questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).

Qualifications
