Job summary

Onelife Fitness is hiring a Kids’ Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for children while parents relax. You will greet families, supervise activities, and handle check-in/out while following safety procedures.

The position emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced family-friendly environment. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Prior childcare or babysitting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be reliable, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child’s physical and emotional needs with care.
• Keep the space clean and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents and escalate when a child needs attention beyond capacity.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing)
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred
