Job summary

US Fitness in Huntsville, AL seeks a friendly Kids' Club Associate to welcome families, supervise activities, and maintain a safe play space for little ones while parents relax.

You will lead age-appropriate games, monitor safety, handle check-ins, and support club programs. A high school diploma or GED and babysitting experience are preferred; CPR/AED certification is preferred. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or be at least 16 and in good standing
• 6+ months of childcare or babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play
• Respond to physical and emotional needs with care
• Keep the space spotless and safe; sanitize toys and equipment and follow safety procedures
• Label belongings and track parent information; complete simple paperwork
• Communicate with parents; escalate questions/concerns to a manager as needed
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)
