Position Summary

Employee will be assigned to either Counselor, Rotations, Programs or Reception responsibilities, providing leadership, direction, and supervision to children in temporary child care for infant to school‑age members, and delivering programmed activities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate of pay based on relevant experience.
• 401K with dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 4%.
• Complimentary club membership.
• Other benefits may be included.

Qualifications

• Certification in both adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR within 30 days of hire date (company will provide certification).
• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience supervising children.
• Ability to visually observe children and physically intervene when safety is compromised.
• Ability to physically move with children across diverse indoor and outdoor settings.
• Physically able to lift and carry at least 40 lbs.
