Job summary

Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa in Texas is seeking a Kids Club Lead Associate to oversee program operations and train staff. This full-time role offers competitive wages and a strong benefits package.

You will supervise childcare programs, coordinate events like Camp Days and Summer Camps, ensure safety and quality, and maintain outstanding customer service. First aid/CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising child care programs or activities.
• Understanding of children’s behavior.
• Ability to implement children’s curriculum and programs.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Word.
• Experience with transactional (POS) systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
• High standards in ethics and service.
• College degree in related field (preferred).
• First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Kids Club operations in the director’s absence and assist with program delivery.
• Train staff on programs, policies, and systems; support Childcare, Parent’s Night Out, Camp Days, and Summer Camps.
• Collaborate with the Kids Club Director to ensure smooth program operations and safety.

The Kids Club Lead Associate will provide operational expertise to the department and train staff on programs, policies and procedures and systems. Programs may include Childcare, Parent’s Night Out, Camp Days, and Summer Camps. The Kids Club Lead Associate will supervise department operations in the Kids Club Director’s absence.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:Hourly, based on relevant experience to the role.
