Job summary

Villa Sport seeks a Kids Club Associate to care for children ages 3 months to 12 years while parents use the facility. The role offers an hourly wage based on experience, plus a 401K match and complimentary club membership.

Qualifications include CPR certification within 30 days of hire, 18+ age, and prior childcare or related experience. Training is provided, with a strong emphasis on safety and engaging activities.

Qualifications

• CPR certification for adults/children/infants/AED required within 30 days of hire date and must remain current throughout employment.
• Minimum age of 18; prior childcare, camp, recreational, or educational experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with children.
• Energetic, creative and enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to prioritize safety and follow guidelines for supervision and emergency procedures.
