Btween is seeking a Kids Apparel Sourcing Assistant to support the sourcing team in buying, negotiating costs, and tracking garment samples from design to production. You will liaise with overseas vendors and inputs purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of safe, quality children’s clothing.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, meticulous organization, and clear communication to align designs with factories and meet strict safety standards during mass production.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sample Tracking: Organize and track garments. Ensure samples are delivered on time for review.
• Costing: Help create price charts and track factory costs to ensure the brand hits its profit goals.
• Vendor Communication: Send tech packs to factories. Email daily with overseas suppliers.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate information in purchase orders (POs) and vendor lists in the system.
• Quality & Testing: Ensure all kids' clothes pass safety and quality testing before mass production.

A Kids Apparel Sourcing Assistant supports the sourcing team in buying , negotiating costs, and tracking garment samples from the design stage to final production.This role tracks overseas vendors, inputs purchase orders, and ensures children's clothes are made on time and meet strict safety and quality standards.

Position Overview:

The Sourcing Assistant helps the Sourcing Manager find the best materials and factories to produce high-quality, safe, and trendy children's clothing.Act as the bridge between the design team and overseas manufacturing factories.

Key Responsibilities

• Sample Tracking: Organize and track garments. Ensure factories deliver samples (prototypes) on time for review.
• Costing: Help create price charts and track factory costs to ensure the brand hits its profit goals.
• Vendor Communication: Send tech packs (design blueprints) to factories. Email daily with overseas suppliers.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate information in purchase orders (POs) and vendor lists in the system.
• Quality & Testing: Ensure all kids' clothes pass safety and quality testing before mass production.
