Key Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Management: Guide designs from proto-samples to bulk delivery, ensuring garments are cost-effective.
• Vendor & Factory Relations: Negotiate pricing and production capacities with domestic and overseas manufacturers.
• Timeline Tracking: Build and execute seasonal Time & Action (T&A) calendars to meet strict shipping deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Review pre-production and top-of-production samples to maintain brand standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5+ years in apparel manufacturing or product development, preferably specializing in children's wear.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software (e.g., A2000 or RLM).
• Communication: Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams like design, sales, and logistics, as well as overseas factory partners.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing bottlenecks and adjust workloads.
