Job summary

Btween is seeking a Production Coordinator for kids apparel to oversee manufacturing timelines from design to store shelves. You will ensure factories meet deadlines, safety regulations, and budgets while upholding high-quality standards.

You will coordinate vendor communications, track WIP status, and maintain a T&A calendar to drive on-time delivery. You will review samples for safety and ensure retailer packaging and shipping requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PLM software.
• Excellent daily communication via email/phone with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: communicate with overseas factories daily and track orders.

• Maintain a Time & Action calendar to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review samples and fabrics for safety to match designer vision.

As the production coordinator for kids apparel will be asked to manage the manufacturing and timelines of children's clothing. Track garments from the design stage to the store shelf. Ensure factories meet deadlines, safety regulations, and budgets while keeping high-quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Talk to overseas factories every day. Send them order details, patterns, and labels and track production and approvals.
• Tracking Timelines: Manage a WIP (Work in Progress) report to track exactly where styles are in the production.
• Maintain a T&A (Time & Action) calendar to ensure on-time delivery.
• Quality & Approvals: Review early garment samples and test fabrics for safety. Ensure clothing matches the designer's vision.
• Retailer Compliance: Follow specific rules regarding packaging, tags, and shipping.

Required Skills:

• Organization: You must juggle many orders and details at once.
• Math & Software: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and programs like PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) are required.
• Communication: Clear, daily email and phone skills with global teams.
